So, Age of Ultron! A bunch of us really hated it!

I suggested that we maybe rewrite it and play it as a big plot IG, and there seems to be some interest, so let's go for it!

I think that with our busy lives and the slowness of the game overall it's best if we have a strong outline with steps laid out so that everyone knows what to expect and what they're responsible for. I'm willing to do the organizational part and put everything together into a story that actually makes sense, but everyone needs to throw lots of ideas out first and brainstorm.

I think it's safe to say that this will happen through a specific door, and that some or all involved might get stuck on the other side for the duration. That way, the plot is forced to move forward, but it doesn't screw with whatever your personal version of the MCU is unless you want it to.

We probably also ought to discuss whether to limit it to MCU movie characters, or Marvel characters more broadly, or any game characters at all. I personally don't mind non-MCU characters as long as it makes sense and doesn't feel tacked on, but I'm not married to that opinion. There's definitely an argument to be made for simplicity.

So yeah, let me know your thoughts and story ideas both broad and specific!

Gameplay

Time Zone: Pacific, and I tend to stay pretty firmly within normal waking hours.
Slowtagging: Take as long as you need, and I really mean that. You could literally return to a thread months later and I would reply. (The only exception would be if Bruce has had significant development in the interim and it's difficult to get back into the old headspace, in which case I'd just let you know and probably ask for a new thread!) I expect the same courtesy in return, although I will reply quickly whenever possible.
Open to: AUs, Backstory, PSLs, and general interaction with anyone. I prefer to not make open posts very often, but I will happily tag into anything or set up private posts on request.
Canon-puncturing: Please talk to me first. I'm not against it—The idea of it would probably fascinate Bruce—but the shock has the potential to upset him, and I assume you know what happens when he gets upset. I just want everyone to be prepared for potential consequences!
Offensive subjects: Ditto the above. I personally am open to exploring just about anything within the proper context.

Interaction

Blanket warning: I'm open to anything, but please be aware of the potential for The Other Guy to make an appearance. Bruce has gotten much better at controlling himself, but everything depends upon context and where his head's at in the moment.

Romantic interaction: Is likely to be met with some awkwardness. Not necessarily because he isn't interested, but because he is of the belief that his condition makes it impossible on emotional and physiological levels. Basically, he's afraid of hurting people in the general sense, and the last time he tried to have sex, his heart rate was too precarious to allow himself to get past kissing.

None of this is to say I'm against any of the above: Just please manage your expectations, and feel free to comment to my dropbox to chat about it! I love rambling about my characters. :)
